You may return most new, unopened manuals within 14 days of delivery.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should
expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to
the return shipper. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once
we've received and processed the returned item. Items returned more than
14 days after delivery will not receive a refund. We don't hassle you with requiring a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number - if you need to return a manual, simply mail it back to use with a copy of the packing slip. The return address is:

| Returning a DEFECTIVE ITEM |
| Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 14 days of original shipping date. We will ship a replacement manual once we've received your return with an explanation of what was wrong with the manual. |
| Non-Defective Returns |
| Most service manuals are printed on-demand to ensure that your manual
contains the latest updated information available from Caterpillar.
Returning an order will result in an inventoried manual that may become
outdated before the next sale. For this reason, NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS
WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE. Items must be returned within 14 days of original
shipping date. Manuals must be returned in 'new' condition.
ServiceManualPro.com will inspect returned manuals, and reserves the right to
deny return credit if the manual is no longer in 'new' condition. |
| Order Cancellations |
| Most service manuals are printed on-demand to ensure that your manual
contains the latest updated information available from Caterpillar.
Cancelling an order will result in an inventoried manual that may become
outdated before the next sale. For this reason, order cancellations
(before shipping) are assesed a 15% fee and remaining amount will refunded to your original payment method. |
